Our Mission
The Voice of Kona,
Our mission at Leo O Ka 'Āina is to be the authentic "Voice of the Land," dedicated to preserving, perpetuating, and celebrating the rich Hawaiian culture and the natural environment of Hawaiʻi. We strive to inform, inspire, and connect our community by providing a vital platform for Native Hawaiian voices, traditional music, environmental stewardship (mālama), and essential local news, both in times of calm and crisis.
Vision
The vision of Leo O Ka ʻĀina is to preserve, perpetuate, and celebrate Hawaiian culture, language, and 'āina (land) through independent, non-commercial community radio broadcasting and educational initiatives.
